This position requires a highly motivated individual with experience in reviewing a variety of types of tax returns and a specialization in corporate and tax consulting; advising clients on full spectrum of corporate tax services. This opportunity involves handling multiple engagements, special projects and supervising and training.


    • BS or Master’s in Accounting or related field
    • CPA
    • 4-15 years recent public accounting tax experience; review experience is a MUST

    Tax Senior Associate

    We are looking for Senior Associate to join our expanding Tax Department. The ideal candidate is CPA or CPA candidate with 3+ years’ public accounting tax experience ranging from individual and corporate tax knowledge and tax planning, research, review, consulting, and IRS examinations. Outstanding technical ability and oral and written communication skills are a must.

    Accounting Internship 2020

    Candidate Qualifications

    • Sophomore or junior pursuing a bachelor degree in accounting, finance, business-economics, or related major
    • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
    • Self-starter with strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills who can interact with all levels of the organization
    • Proficiency with MS Office suite applications
    • Some working knowledge of financial software applications (QuickBooks, Quicken) is a plus, but NOT required
    • Takes initiative beyond routine responsibility
    • Is accountable to meet firm standards for attendance, punctuality, and meeting work deadlines as assigned

    Internship Overview

    • Gain a basic understanding of tax preparation skills including the use of ProSystems fx tax software
    • Hands on, year- end client work (trial balance, journal entries, workpapers, etc.)
    • Preparation of compiled financial statements, assistant with reviews and audits
    • Collaboration with all levels from staff to partner
    • Full time, paid opportunity at 40 hours a week, with overtime as needed

    Administrative Accounting Intern

    2-Year (Tax Season) Internship Program

    Corrigan Krause is looking to expand its accounting internship program by offering a two-year accounting internship.  The first year introductory clerical internship would take place spring 2020.  The idea behind this approach is to introduce a new accounting student (sophomore) to the world of public accounting by completing a clerical internship during tax season.  The ideal student would return the second year Spring 2021 to complete a full-time Accounting Internship.

    The position will begin approximately January 15th and end in Mid-April 2020.  The internship provides an insight of the necessary preparation in the real world of tax season.  The intern will be responsible for processing incoming tax data, assisting tax professionals during tax preparation, and final processing of tax returns for clients.  The position will also require performing clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and filing client tax information.


    • College student majoring in Accounting – Sophomore year
    • Express a sincere interest with commitment to complete a 2- year internship program
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)
