As tax season comes to a close, we want to pause for a moment and acknowledge a couple recent accolades Corrigan Krause has received.

First, Corrigan Krause was selected as an award recipient at the Smart Culture Conference & Awards, presented by Alliance Solutions Group and Smart Business. Ten members of the team attended the Smart Culture Conference on April 5, 2018 at the InterContinental Cleveland.

This award recognized organizations that have developed a culture that bolsters productivity, enhances job satisfaction and provides a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Corrigan Krause strongly believes in and promotes its core mission, vision and values. The firm lives by its five focused core values: well-trained, caring, creative, passionate and team oriented.

With a variety of events throughout the year that lead to employee engagement and collaboration, including community service, family events, an employee golf outing, deadline celebrations and more, in addition to many opportunities for personal and professional growth, the firm is dedicated to creating a culture that allows employees to learn and grow. Our employees are our greatest asset, and the firm does everything it can to create a positive, empowering environment for the staff and encourages a healthy work-life balance.

In addition to the Smart Culture award, Director Molly Stinn was selected as a Smart Women Award Honoree in the Progressive Woman Award category. This award recognizes female executives & managers who have risen through the ranks in their career & overcome significant challenges along the way.

Molly has been an integral part of the Corrigan Krause team since 1994. Over the past 24 years, Molly has risen through the ranks at the firm, starting as an associate and today serving as an equity director, the leader of the assurance services department, the firm treasurer, a member of the business development group, and overseeing the quality control aspects of the practice, including continuing professional education, staff development, technology implementation, financial reporting and the peer review process. Molly was the first of two female directors appointed at the firm. She has been an instrumental part of the firm’s growth and success during her time at Corrigan Krause.
