LENSC Community Service Day

Members of the Corrigan Krause team spent the afternoon on June 26 at the Lake Erie Nature and Science Center in Bay Village, Ohio.

The center is a nonprofit organization that offers educational programs, live animals on exhibit and a world-class planetarium.

Corrigan Krause’s staff participated in a community service day, helping the center with a variety of outdoor landscaping needs, including weeding, trimming and mulching.  This was the second year in a row that our team had the privilege to serve at the center. We were able to work alongside the center’s outdoor wildlife exhibits and observe some of the animals and birds that the center was able to rescue.

The Corrigan Krause community service program gives employees a paid afternoon off twice a year to volunteer for a local organization. Our team is proud to give back to our community that provides so much for each of us.

In the fall, the team will visit the Second Harvest Food Bank in Lorain!

We are passionate about helping local nonprofits. If you know of or work at a nonprofit that is in need of volunteers, please contact us!
