Shirley, a Senior Manager in the Tax Department, started at Corrigan Krause as an intern while completing her Masters of Accountancy at Cleveland State University.

Prior to that, she lived in China where she was born and raised. Now, with over 15 years of experience, she focuses her exceptional attention to detail on various types of tax planning, consulting, and preparation with her wide array of clients. While Shirley says that she learns from her peers every day, her strengths lie in the ability to understand complicated tax laws and to educate the rest of the firm.

Since moving to Northeast Ohio from China, Shirley has become enamored with the cultural assets the area has to offer. She is very involved with her church and loves spending time with her family. Additionally, Shirley is a great cook! The rest of the office loves when she brings in traditional Chinese fare for everyone to enjoy. She also enjoys making origami crafts.
